Key responsibilities
• Assist the Head Cook in preparing, cooking and serving all meals onboard
• Support daily galley operations including breakfast, lunch and dinner service
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety
• Assist with stock control, provisioning and storage
• Contribute to consistent and high-quality food presentation
• Support special dietary requirements when needed
• Maintain galley equipment and report defects
• Follow safety, hygiene and company procedures
Your profile
• Previous experience as Cook or Assistant Cook
• Passion for food and high-quality service
• Experience from maritime or offshore environment is an advantage
• Organized and able to work in a structured environment
• Positive attitude and team player
• Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in English
