Key responsibilities
• Lead and manage all hotel operations onboard
• Oversee guest experience, housekeeping and food & beverage
• Ensure high standards of service, comfort and presentation
• Plan and coordinate daily hotel operations
• Manage, mentor and develop the hospitality team
• Work closely with Captain and senior officers
• Ensure smooth operations in remote and demanding environments
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and standards
Your profile
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar leadership role
• Background as Chief Steward, Hotel Manager or equivalent
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Experience from cruise, yacht or expedition vessels is preferred
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments
• Structured, proactive and solution-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
