Key responsibilities
• Lead and supervise deck crew in daily operations
• Plan and coordinate maintenance of deck areas and equipment
• Oversee mooring, anchoring and deck operations
• Ensure safe handling of ropes, lines and deck machinery
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and order on deck
• Support bridge and cargo/expedition operations when required
• Ensure compliance with SMS, safety and environmental procedures
Your profile
• Valid STCW certification
• Experience as Bosun or similar
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Solid seamanship and practical deck knowledge
• Safety-focused and proactive mindset
• Experience from offshore or expedition vessels is an advantage
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
